A step-by-step process of how your personal creation is made.
Step 1
Book a Free Consultation
You’ll speak directly with our founders — no middlemen, no interns. You tell us about your couple story, and any ideas you may already have. We’ll talk about your budget and go through some different options with you (stones, metal, styles).
Step 2
Design
This is where your vision starts to come to life! After our consultation, we’ll put together a design proposal tailored to you.
You review the designs, and let us know if you have any adjustments to make.
Step 3
Stone Selection
We’ll shortlist a range of gemstones that fit your style and budget. You’ll get to compare sizes, shapes, and qualities.
Once your preferred stone is selected, we ask for payment within 2 business days to secure your stone.
Step 4
Deposit & Confirmation
Once you’re happy with the design, you’ll receive a clear quote with all costs laid out — gemstone, metal, craftsmanship, and design. No hidden surprises, ever. A 70% deposit secures your order and allows us to begin manufacturing. If you’ve paid for a gemstone prior to this step, this deposit would exclude that amount.
Balance payment is due before delivery, and secure payment options are available online.
Step 5
3D CAD model & final revisions
A 3D CAD model will be created after payment is made. You will be able to inspect the piece from various angles and make final adjustments before the piece goes into production.
Step 6
Production

Step 7
Delivery
Your jewellery is carefully finished, polished, and quality-checked.

Once the final invoice is paid. We will ship out the piece with a care kit and certificates if applicable. Global shipping with DHL and full insurance, or personal delivery in Hong Kong.
FAQ's
What's it like to work with you remotely?
It’s easier than going into a store! You’re included in every step of the way. We contact you through WhatsApp, Instagram or whatever your preferred method is to show you HD videos and photos of your stone options. We do regular consults on Zoom or Google Meet, and communicate frequently via text.
What gemstone information would you provide for the selection process?
We send you HD pictures and videos of all your options with their respective digital certificates (e.g. GIA or IGI), whether they are natural or lab. The physical certificates will be provided with the final product.
Why is there a separate stone securing payment before the deposit?
With the limited options of natural gemstones available in the market, stones that are priced well or have spectacular quality are usually very desirable and often are of interest to multiple buyers at the same time. This separate payment is required to help you secure the stone before the CAD process.
How is payment made?
We accept all major credit cards and also bank transfers. A payment link will be made for you to pay for orders under HKD 10,000. We only accept bank transfers for orders over HKD 10,000; our bank details will be sent to you alongside the payment invoice. Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash payments.
How many business days do I have before settling the deposit and final invoice?
We require the invoices to be settled within 2 business days.
When would production start?
We would start working the CAD once the deposit is received in our account, which may be a few days after the payment if it is an international bank transfer.
What are your shipping options?
We offer insured DHL shipping internationally. If you’re based in Hong Kong, we offer personal delivery upon request.
